Crown’s online PSEO program allows 11th and 12th-grade qualified Minnesota students to enroll in FREE college courses that earn them credits simultaneously for both their high school graduation requirements and a college degree. The credits may be applied to a degree program at Crown or transferred to another institution. Our online program offers asynchronous classes in dynamic virtual classrooms utilizing a user-friendly learning management system. The classroom is available to students 24-7 and most classes have no set meeting time.

2024/25 Online Course Offerings
- Tuition and books are FREE for MN Residents.
- We offer a large selection of core curriculum courses taught by credentialed faculty who specialize in working with PSEO students.
- Courses are easy to navigate using our Learning Management System, Canvas.
- Online courses are offered exclusively to PSEO students.

- Our online PSEO option does not require a faith statement and will not be affected by the pending PSEO legislation.
- The PSEO student and parent or guardian are responsible to work closely with their high school counselor to ensure that the courses to be taken at Crown College will fulfill their high school graduation requirements.
- Each student will be assigned a PSEO academic advisor who will provide academic and registration assistance.
How do our online courses work?
To be eligible for online PSEO student status, students must:
- Be in 11th or 12th grade
- Have a 3.0 GPA
- Must be a MN Resident
- No tests requirements
- Our off-campus PSEO options, including our online, high school hybrid, and homeschool hybrid options do not require a faith statement and will not be affected by the pending PSEO legislation.
- We strongly advise applicants to take their maturity level into account as well. Students should be driven and self-disciplined to attend class consistently and fulfill course requirements. They should also be prepared to participate in class discussions and work closely with instructors and program personnel.
- Application deadline: August 1st
- Upon acceptance, students will receive detailed information regarding their Crown account and registering for classes.
