Greetings from Alan Niebeling – Director of Alumni Relations + Annual Giving

I am thrilled to write to you as the new Director of Alumni Relations! Allow me to introduce myself to those who may not yet know me. I graduated from Crown in 2017 with a B.S. in Communications. During my time as a student, I served as the Layout Editor for the Storm Chaser, worked in the Storm Café, and spent a year and a half as a student worker in the Office of Career Services. My wife, Kaylyn, and I met here and got married the year after graduating. We now reside in Chaska with our two cats.

My connection to Crown runs deep. My parents met and married here in the late ‘70s, and I have lots of extended family who are also Alumni. I am immensely proud to call Crown College home and look forward to getting to know our Alumni better.

A new initiative I’m particularly excited about is our Crown Coffee Connections. We intend to host regular coffee hours during the school year for Alumni to visit campus and meet our students. Your support, both financially and in prayer, has played a significant role in bringing many of these young people here, and we are truly grateful. It’s important to me that you have the opportunity to witness your investment in person by visiting with them.

Stay updated with campus happenings by following our social media accounts. We have active Alumni groups on Facebook and Instagram. If you prefer not to use social media, please make sure to update your contact information so we can keep you informed via email newsletters and other campus updates.

It is my pleasure to serve you! If you are interested in visiting campus or would like us to visit you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to my office.

Sincerely,

Alan Niebeling, Class of 2017
