Application Process

PSEO / Dual Enrollment Programs

Minnesota 11th and 12th grade students applying for PSEO student status as an on-campus student, online student, homeschool partner student, or high school partner student, please follow these application steps:

Please read all instructions first to ensure you are following the correct process. 
STEP 1: Complete our online Early College application.
  • Use your personal or high school email address.
  • On page 2 of the form, be sure to select PSEO (MN Resident) as your Early College Program.
  • On page 2 of the form, be sure to select the correct campus as your Course Location (on-campus, online, or the name of your school).
  • Students applying for On-campus PSEO will be required and prompted to complete a Spiritual Life Essay.
STEP 2: Complete and submit the MDE NOSR Form (MN Dept. of Edu, Notice of Student Registration).
STEP 3: Submit a current high school transcript.
  • Email transcript to dualenroll@crown.edu (along with your MDE NOSR form from Step 2).
  • Public school students must work with their school counselor to ensure classes are meeting their high school graduation requirements.
What Happens Next:
  • Once your online application and your required forms are received, our admissions team will process your file.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive an email notification with further instructions on how to activate your account and register for classes.
Continuing PSEO Students

Continuing PSEO students, please complete and submit a current MDE NOSR form each semester. We need this form filled out each semester in order for you to maintain your PSEO student status.

Students who are outside of MN applying for PSEO student status as an online student, homeschool partner student, high school partner student, please follow these application steps:

  • On page 2 of the form, be sure to select Dual Enrollment as your Early College Program
  • On page 2 of the form, be sure to select the correct campus as your Course Location

  • Public school students must work with their counselor to ensure classes are meeting their high school graduation requirements.
