Our campus sits right next to Parley Lake. This quiet, serene lake setting is perfect for studying, relaxing, or even canoeing.
Enjoy hanging out lakeside on the campus beach featuring a fire pit, grill station, dock, and canoes — a perfect gathering with friends!
Spend your evening or weekend — or even time between classes — enjoying the outdoor courtyard featuring a fire pit and lounge seating.
In addition to lounge areas across campus, the Student Center — featuring pool tables, TVs, gaming tables, and more — is a popular place to hang out.
No need to get a gym membership! You can work out right on campus in the fitness center with cardio equipment and the weight room for strength training.

Campus Dining
Our recently renovated dining center includes a full-service buffet, offering a wide variety of options. This includes two hot meal sections, pizza and pasta bar, salad bar, breakfast bar, ice cream machine and more!
Coffee Shop
The Sherburne Avenue Coffee Shop serves Caribou coffee and is a perfect place to grab a coffee, a snack, or just hang out. Our coffee shop features spaces to gather, making it easy to connect with friends and classmates.
Get Involved
Student Activities Board
The Student Activities Board (SAB) is a team of students who assist in the mission of Student Development by developing quality community-building initiatives, activities, and events for Crown students. They are involved in the process of brainstorming, planning, creating, preparing, executing, and evaluating SAB initiatives. SAB plans many of our events at Crown.
Intramural Sports
Throughout the year, Crown offers intramural seasons for those who just love the game. The goal of intramural sports is to provide excellent student experiences through sports, recreation, team-bonding activities, friendship, and leadership development. Whether basketball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, ping pong, video games, cornhole, or any other activities, intramural sports provide an excellent opportunity to gather friends and form teams to compete.
