Professional Focus and/or Research Agenda

My research applies entrepreneurial thinking to transform challenges into opportunities within business and academia. Through this approach, I aim to develop innovative solutions that refine business management practices and teaching frameworks. My work emphasizes the cultivation of creative problem-solving, adaptability, and strategic innovation to drive sustainable growth and create lasting impact.

Faith Statement

As a Christian business educator, I see business administration and management as a kingdom vocation—an avenue to serve others, drive innovation for the common good, and uphold God’s values in every decision and practice. My faith is the foundation of my work, shaping my commitment to equipping future business leaders with the skills, wisdom, and integrity needed to pursue excellence. I encourage students to approach their careers as a calling, stewarding their talents to honor God in all aspects of their work. As Colossians 3:23 reminds us, ‘Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord, rather than for people’ (NLT).”
