Service Agreements

The Marketing department has developed our Service Agreements to provide our internal and external partners with excellence in design, web, print, photography, and video.

  • All Marketing requests must be submitted through submission forms (Design, Print, Web, Photography + Video).
  • There are some cases when the below timeframe is not possible. In those cases, please contact Pete Mattson, Executive Director of Marketing, as soon as possible.

Design

  • Submit the work request in one to three months, depending on the design needed. Please check with the Brand Manager/Graphic Designer if you are still determining the required timeframe.
  • For any design, a kickoff meeting will be called to understand the project better.
  • The marketing contact will provide a project plan with deadlines after the kickoff meeting.

Print

Outsource Printing

  • Any printing needs that need to be outsourced (if you are unsure, please check with the Content Producer) should be submitted three weeks before the printing is required to allow for proof approval and the printing process.

Inhouse Printing

  • Submit print requests 10 to 20 days, depending on the quantity needed.

Brand Approval

  • Submit approval request, to the Brand Manager/Graphic Designer, three business days before feedback expected.

Website

Updates + Errors

  • Allow three business days to complete. If the request is updating an entire page or dealing with page structure, please expect a week for the Web Designer to make the requested updates. 

Removal

  • Allow three business days for content/pages to be removed.

New Page

  • For most pages, please submit a request two weeks before the page needs to go live. If the Web request consists of multiple pages or contains special requests beyond the normal standard of our website, we will respond to you within a reasonable timeframe that fits the scope of your request.

Photography + Video

Photography

  • Photography requests must be submitted two weeks in advance. For any planned events during the semester, please submit them as soon as you know photography is needed. If you are still determining the required timeframe, please check with the Content Producer.
  • For any staple event (Graduation, Welcome Week, etc.), a kickoff meeting will be scheduled to gather further details.
  • The marketing contact will provide a project plan with deadlines after the kickoff meeting.

Videography

  • Videography requests must be submitted two to three months in advance. For any planned events during the semester, please submit them as soon as you know photography is needed. If you are still determining the required timeframe, please check with the Content Producer.

Feedback Timeline

 

For all feedback, allow three business days before approval is needed.
